The studio operates on a separate thermostat to the gym and it has the ability to turn over from heat to cool in just a few minutes, thus accommodating different temperature requirements for classes.
The gym area of the facility consists of cardiovascular, free weight and selectorized machine areas. There are Nautilus treadmills, Elipticals, Cross Trainers, Recumbent Bikes and Stepper, all of which face the outstanding view of the lake as well as wireless sound LCD televisions.
There are a variety of upper and lower body Nautilus machines. The free-weight area consists of dumbbells, barbells, a smith press, Nautilus freedom machine and squat rack and a cable pulley multi gym system.
