Yoga Flex: Balance your workouts by lengthening your muscles! Stretching is the best way to prevent injury, improve athletic performance, rehabilitate sprains, strains & manage chronic pain.
Body Pump: Strengthen your entire body. This 60 minute workout will challenge all of your major muscle groups with the use of weights, stability balls, and body bars!
Zumba: Zumba is a dance based cardiovascular workout. Fast and slow latin inspired movements along with resistance training exercises are combined to tone and sculpt your entire body.
Forever Fit: An invigorating workout that will help you gain strength, build stronger joints and bones, and improve balance and flexibility. A great workout for beginners.
