Rates:
$6 per hour
$3 per half hour
$3.75 per hour for siblings
Pro-rated to 20 minutes
Minimum charge is one hour for Child Care service.
Late Fees:
If your time surpasses the hours of operation there will be a charge of $5 per child for every 15 minutes late.
You may drop off or picked up your children at any time. Please advise the Staff if doing so. Parents need to remain on The Oakville Club premises while their children are in the Child Care Centre. Please inform the Staff of your whereabouts within the Club.
CHILD CARE CENTRE RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Reservations are highly recommended to ensure Attendant: Child ratios are strictly adhered to. The room maximum is 10 children; attendant to child ratio is 1:5.
2. 24-hours notice is required for cancellations, except in a case of illness. There will be a charge of one hour's service for late cancellations and "no-shows".
3. Parents are required to fill out an information/waiver form prior to children attending any services offered by the Child Care Centre.
4. Please inform Child Care Staff of any food allergies, as snacks are occasionally provided. It is kindly requested that all infants be fed and changed prior to attending the Centre.
5. Children who are ill, or display symptoms of illness, will not be permitted in the Child Care Centre due to health and safety requirements. Please note that Child Care attendants are not permitted to administer medication.
6. Children with needs that require extra attention can utilize the facilities when accompanied by parent or guardian.
7. We operate our programs in accordance with Ministry Regulations.
