The 3,400 sq. ft. facility includes a studio with wood sprung flooring ideally suited to group classes in spinning, yoga, Pilates, circuit, dance and other specialty programs. Sector specific machine areas and free weights allow you to trim, tone and test your limits. Consult one of the Professional Personal Trainers to design a regimen guided by a holistic approach. Try an outrigger program, aquafit, or a guided cycling tour through wine country. The Fitness Manager synchronizes activities with the needs of the member demographic and the prevailing wisdom of current techniques.

Facilities and Equipment

The Fitness Centre offers a magnificent panoramic view of Oakville Harbour and Lake Ontario.  The Centre is 3,400 square feet, which includes a studio with wood sprung flooring.   It offers excellent group exercise classes including; Aerobics, Spinning, Youth Programs, Yoga, Pilates, Stretch classes and other Specialty Programs.

The studio operates on a separate thermostat to the gym and it has the ability to turn over from heat to cool in just a few minutes, thus accommodating different temperature requirements for classes.

The gym area of the facility consists of cardiovascular, free weight and selectorized machine areas.  There are a total of 4 brand new Nautilus treadmills, 4 Cross Trainers, 2 Recumbent Bikes, 1 Stepper, 1 rower and the newest, hottest equipment in fitness the Treadclimber all of which face the outstanding view of the lake as well as the wireless sound televisions.

There are 12 Nautilus machines ranging from upper to lower body exercises as well as abdominals, plus more are on the way.  

The free-weight area consists of rubber and chrome dumbbells, barbells, a smith press and a cable pulley multi gym system.

We have upgraded our old televisions with flat 27" LCD screen.
