We welcome our teen members (13+) to join us in the Fitness Centre when it becomes " THE PUMP HOUSE". The energy will be young, fun & pumping! A Fitness orientation is mandatory.

FIT SPORT FOR KIDS (3-5 years)
Chock full of games and activities designed to improve sport skills, coordination, balance, flexibility and strength. Habits formed at an early age are easier for your children to maintain as they age. This kids-only program is run for fun in a positive and non-competitive environment.
Saturdays, 10:00 am - 11:00 am
$160 for 12 weeks

YOUTH SPORT TRAINING (8-12 years)
This class is a combination of cardiovascular training, weight training and sport specific training.  It is taught by one of our Certified Personal Trainers to ensure proper technique and variety. Develop endurance, speed, agility and strength for the sports you love.

POWER HOUR (9-13 years old)
Come join us for a little bit of everything. 20 minutes of indoor cycling, 20 minutes of functional strength training, 10 minutes of core conditioning and the final 10 minutes with essential flexibility training.  Great for all fitness levels, kids must meet minimum height of 4’8’ to ride the bike but may join in for the rest of the class.
Thursdays, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
$160 for 12 weeks

*** PLEASE NOTE: NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15 ARE PERMITTED TO USE ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT IN THE FITNESS CENTRE, THEY MAY ONLY BE IN THE STUDIO FOR SPECIALTY CLASSES or IN THE SUPERVISION OF A PERSONAL TRAINER.
