PERSONAL TRAINING

Our Personal Trainers will make exercise fun, enjoyable and interesting.  They will provide you with the knowledge, skills,  guidance, support, motivation and educational resources that will  allow you to explore your own fitness potential.

FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

Our Fitness Assessments are designed to assess your overall level of health & performance related fitness.  Your comprehensive assessment will include analysis of body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility.  A full personalized exercise program can also be created for you.  If you are new to exercise, this is a great place to start.  If you are an avid exerciser, a comprehensive fitness assessment can help guide you to the next level of physical fitness.  All fitness appraisals are performed by our highly qualified Fitness Associates.
