SPINNING CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Early Morning Spin: Start you morning off on the right foot with this fun group cycling class.  You’ll feel energized for the rest of the day.  Perfect for all fitness levels.

Easy Rider: Enjoy bike riding?  Ride at your own pace in this fun upbeat group exercise class on stationary bikes. 

Cycle & Core: A 45-minute cycling workout that focuses on cardio challenges, hills, sprints, and jumps followed by 15-minutes of  core conditioning exercises. 

LifeSprint: A challenging ride with a relaxing finish.  After this intense workout your body will appreciate the luxury of a long, rewarding stretch.

Challenge Spin: This class has it all!  Challenge your strength, endurance, and power with this interval style workout.  Each week experience a different spinning challenge. 

Spin, Strength, Stretch: Cycle for 30 minutes, then challenge your muscles for 30 minutes with a total body workout that will make you feel muscles you never knew you had! 

True Cycle: A cycling journey of hills, sprints and smooth riding followed by core exercises and a complete stretch.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
