Early Bird Spin
Start your day in a healthy, active way by joining this fun group cycling class.  You’ll feel energized for the rest of the day.  Fun for all fitness levels.
Times: 
Mondays     6:00 am – 7:00 am
Thursdays   6:00 am – 7:00 am

Easy Rider
A fun, upbeat group exercise class on stationary bikes.  Ride at your own pace! Guaranteed to keep you energized throughout the day.

Mondays     8:00 am - 9:00 am
Thursdays   8:00 am - 9:00 am

Cycle & Core
The instructor leads the class on a ride complete with hills, sprints and jumps.  Class consists of a 45 minute ride followed by 15 minutes of core training. Fun for all fitness levels.

Wednesdays 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm

LifeSprint
Intense workout with a wonderfully relaxing finish.  Your body will appreciate the luxury of a long, rewarding stretch after this challenge ride.

Challenge Spin
Intervals, Endurance, Strength- this class has it all! Every week is a different spinning challenge.

Spin, Strength, Stretch
Get a total body workout first thing in the morning!  Start with a great cardio workout on the spinning bikes, followed by strength exercises and finish with a full stretch to get you ready for anything the day has to offer!
