HI/LO WORKOUT
Start your week off right with this Monday morning 45 minute structured training that focuses on HIGH repetitions, LOW weights workout. Improve your posture through balance exercises, strength training and a series of core exercises.

BODYPUMP
Strengthen your entire body. 60-minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups with the use of weights, stability balls, and body bars! Come out & boost your energy while toning and shaping your entire body.

PILATES
Looking for a toned and lean body? Want to improve your posture? Pilates systematically works all the areas of your body by lengthening your muscles. Correct imbalances, focus on tight areas and increase your strength and flexibility.
Time: Monday 10:00 am - 11:00 am & Thursdays, 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
FOREVER FIT
Combinations of muscle conditioning exercises that will help you gain strength, build stronger bones, and improve balance and flexibility. Suitable for older adults who are beginners, or those that need to be reminded of proper technique.

THREE-IN-ONE
Experience a total body workout class; combining a 30-minute cardio drill in a fun-filled, non-competitive & supportive environment, followed by 30-minutes of strength & core drills. Improve your cardio, strength, endurance and coordination that will work towards a fitter, newer you all within an action packed hour of fun exercises. Suitable for ALL FITNESS LEVELS!

PROGRESSIVE STRETCH
Improve your flexibility & posture each week in this progressive stretch series. You will use specific skeletal muscles to deliberately elongate it to its fullest length in order to improve the muscle’s elasticity and reaffirm comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility & range of motion

ZUMBA
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms & easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout. The routines feature interval-training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body.

YOGALATES
Stretch and Strengthens while moving through the breath. Yogalates is a blend of Yoga and Pilates, which complement each other if placed in the correct sequence. This class focuses on developing core strength, stretching and breathing. The experience will leave you full energized yet feeling completely relaxed.

POWER FLOW YOGA
Based on the traditional style of Yoga called Ashtanga Yoga, “ Power Flow Yoga” allows the participant to flow from one pose to the next at a steady pace, creating a cardiovascular effect and smooth, deep breathing is synchronized with each movement. This is a powerful and vigorous practice that realigns and strengthens the body, while cultivating a feeling of inner peace.

HATHA YOGA
This class is comprised of a series of postures and breathing techniques taught at a moderate pace. Yoga helps to improve flexibility, strength and balance, while promoting a calm and focused mind. Great for all ages and levels of fitness, from total beginner to experienced yoga students.
