Historical Shareholders of The Oakville Club

Effective April 29th, 2026, The Oakville Club continued as a not-for-profit corporation under Ontario's Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA). As a result, all outstanding shares were cancelled by operation of law. Former shareholders are entitled to register as Historical Shareholders of the Club, preserving the right to a proportionate distribution from net assets should the Club ever dissolve. There are currently no plans to dissolve or liquidate the Club.
