Each applicant (Primary and Secondary) must submit two letters of reference from individuals who can speak to their character, conduct, and fit within the Club community. References may be from a current or previous private club, an employer, or a friend. Letters must be submitted together with your completed application.
Each reference letter should include:
- The reference’s name, relationship to you, and how long they have known you
- A clear endorsement of your membership application
- Comments on your character, conduct, and compatibility with the Club community, including integrity, respect for others, and participation in social or community activities
- A polite, professional, and concise tone (ideally no longer than one page)
